These 'fins' mark the boundaries for the main entrance and roof leisure facilities and are effectively used to connect the building to the ground level/ promenade
deck/retail facilities while providing structural support and strength for the residential blocks.
Colour, shadow, texture and materials have been carefully explored for the modeling of the building, and have been developed to provide a rich, balanced
composition that is enhanced on all four sides by the clean horizontal lines of the residential balconies and a similar banding of the external skin. Location
