    Payment Terms

    USD 5,600, non refundable but deductible from the purchase price, as reservation fee at the time of reservation of the property.

    The first instalment to be paid upon signing of the contract. The remaining purchase price to be paid in four easy instalments, over equal periods with the final instalment being payable on the date of completion according to the payment schedule.
